They promise to cold call and set up appointments for realtors. 10-12 per month to be exact. They say don’t worry about it, if you are unhappy they will give you a 100% refund if you are unhappy in the first month. They only set up one appointment which was a really really bad one, and then when asked for a refund, they simply block your phone numbers and don’t reply to emails.
