=======BEWARE PEOPLE ========

On March. 23,2019 I was told this product was good so I looked it up, read about it at the time. It sounded like a good product so, I decided to put in a order. Two weeks went by, nothing....waited a little longer. Never received the product I was looking forward to it. Company ripped me off for the amount of $87.96. So don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered the litsolar power pack in May 2020, and I never receive it. My credit card was charged and I am conned out of $79.96. I need my money back. Now is not the time to lose money. Every penny counts. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Thank you. I hope that who ever is behind this scam, can sleep at nights. I am going to pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will expose all those who are involved.

I ordered the LitSolar power Bank for 39.98 on May 24, 2020. My credit card was charged immediately and sent a confirmation email. I received an email a few days later saying that the shipment had come in, and that my item would be sent June 15 - 16. I have tried multiple times to contact through email, as there is no phone number listed anywhere. I was able to get the 844-710-0210 number from my credit card company, but it is a number for another business, so dead end again.

I saw several advertisements on Youtube for Lit Solar, an online retailer (pretending to) sell solar power banks and solar chargers. I purchased one of their products, the Wireless Lit Solar PowerBank. Despite the website promising fast shipping, I still haven't received the product after nearly 2 months now. I can't find a phone number, and their email support is sporadic at best. In one of the 2 email messages I received from them they told me, "A new container has finally arrived! A tracking number will be sent to you on June 15th or 16th," which still hasn't happened. Their online order tracking system says I should get a tracking number for my order by 06/26 (2 weeks ago now); furthermore, the tracking system says my order "is currently in transit to the United States hub," implying it's being sent from abroad.

Furthermore, after realizing the product is a scam, I took a more detailed look at the specs of the product. They claim they have a 20,000mAh solar power bank weighing only 0.25lbs, capable of getting fully charged using solar only in 1 hour (according to an embedded video on the site). These spect are unrealistic; other 20,000 mAh solar power banks weigh 2x as much and need several days to fully charge when using solar power only.

I ordered a solar charger from them in May, and never received my product. I contacted them in June and they said that they were out of stock but they were receiving a shipment in a few days. They emailed my back a few days later saying that the product was delivered to thier warehouse and I would receive a shipping number in a few days. I never received another email. They blocked me from facebook after leaving a negative review and are not responding to requests for a refund.

I placed an order in mid May after seeing a YouTube ad. The reviews on their website said quick shipping so I checked in at the beginning of June since my order still hasn't shipped. Sent an email that got a response that they would be shipping in mid-June and that was the last I heard from them. Sent multiple more emails with no response and no shipping confirmation. They took the money from my account but it doesn't look like I'll ever receive anything.

I placed an order for a solar charger in April from www.litsolar.com. My card was charged and I received a confirmation number. After several weeks emailed them inquiring about the order status, received a response stating my order would be sent out on June 15/16, 2020. Since then nothing I have attempted to contact them via email several times and have not received any response.

I ordered a solar charger from LitMobile, who boasts “fast delivery” (“most orders ship in 3-5 days”). A week later I had not received my product or a tracking number so I emailed them. I received a response email saying how sorry they were, but needed another 3-7 days to get the order out. Seven days came and went with no tracking number and no product. I began emailing every email address on their site daily asking for a refund or my product. Another week has passed and they don’t respond to any emails. I still have not received my product, tracking number, or a refund (they also promise quick and easy refunds for any unsatisfied customers.) so I finally tracked down their phone number and when I called it, it was a disconnected number. If this were just a failed business I would have gotten a refund, but not only do they not respond to my requests but the website is still up and running, and I still receive solicitation emails. When I looked them up on the ScamPulse.com website I learned that I’m not the only person they’ve scammed, this is what they do.

Ordered a Battery pack for $39.99, in may and have been emailing to see where my order is and have not revived a response on either emails or on facebook. Total scam. They have been putting ads for this product everywhere, Especially on youtube.

On 4/10/20 I placed an order for a solar rechargeable battery pack. My bank was immediately charged $39.99 for the product and I received an automated message telling me I would be notified when the product was shipped. That was the only message I received. 14 days later I still do not have the product and all attempts to contact LitSolar have gone unanswered.
