The tracking of first shipment showed it went to Arizona instead of Arkansas and when I notified them they said they’d resend. Of course they didn’t.

I’ve never received the product I purchased when I emailed the company they said it had been delivered and to look around my house. After I notified them I work from home and already did that the never responded back anymore

Ordered a 20 piece set of cast iron cookware from a Facebook ad for $29.99. The order was “shipped” to an address in PA. I contacted the shipping carrier, it took them over two weeks to respond saying they delivered an item to PA per the stores request. I have tried contacting the store many times through the customer support email with no response. These people are scam artist!

I saw an ad in Facebook from Family Living, and it was offering a 20 piece cookware for $29.99. I paid and ordered it. They even gave me an order number and a tracking number. I was monitoring the tracking number, and it showed that the cookware was mailed from China, and then after 20 days, it showed that it was delivered to an address in VA. I live in Ohio, so I contacted them immediately, and I did that multiple times - every time I get the same automated message that says that the order is in transit. Then I saw in Facebook postings that many others were scammed the same way.
