I received a call from Litigation Service Group stating that my husband was going to be charged with fraud due some contractual agreement on a payday loan. They also threaten to show up at his work. They appear to be based out of Columbus, Ohio. He has never taken on out. They stated if I paid a certain amount today to avoid litigation they would drop the amount from 1600.00 to 1000.00, We have not received anything in writing from the alleged lender or this Litigation Group. The document that was sent for me to agree to make a partial payment was a very generic document. No details on lender, no contact numbers, no addresses.
