I ordered an Outdoor Leisure Balcony Rattan Sofa. It was listed as clearance/on sale. It was on Instagram.

I received a burlap pillowcase instead.

They will not refund me. They have bargained with me: we will refund you 40%, 50%....we are now up to a 70% refund and they are insisting I send back the burlap pillowcase at my expense. This is a scam. No doubt.
