It's a fraud that you guys say "deply sorry and shameful for so much a mistake" and you don't even send the item and you say it's a 10% refund. Please give me a full refund.

1. Original online purchase submitted on June 4 2023 to litsservices.com with VISA payment to Nanhuatong Trading, HK, Order Number 202306047258174 60.63 USD, for product Zojirushi CVDCC50XT VE Hybrid Water Boiler Warmer, 5.0 Liter, Stainless Dark Brown, Made in Japan.
2. Litsservices in Texas then continued to provide subsequent tracking number AG495825899CN via a 3rd party logistics t.17track.net affiliated with China Post.
3. On June 23 2023, a substituted inferior item was received in mailbox. 1 x fake jewelry, inside a 2 oz First Class USPS package with USPS Tracking 9400111202557295512278, apparently matching exact timelines as vendor 3rd party China Post tracking history, for sole intention as proof of delivery.
4. Locations where misconduct wrongdoing occur.
Between LITSSERVICES, TEXAS and NANHUATONG TRADING, HONG KONG.
5. How was misconduct wrongdoing committed.
Substituted an actual ordered product with an inferior item, while utilizing China Post and USPS to generate parallel proofs of delivery.
