the company has no phone number to contact its all done through email you click on the puppy you would like to buy and send your information and then you receive an email from the seller and the communication is done this way. When I asked for contact information the seller send me his phone number and home information since they are not breeders but own the parents and sell the liters every time they have puppies. Seller sends you information regarding payment and fees which was a total of 590.00 that included the amount of the price of the dog $500 + $290 for shipping fee and it would come with health information ect would receive shipping tracking information once payment received which we paid through pay pal and that was it. Got email with tracking information the following day, was very excited to see dog was on the way.

Then I got an email from the shipping company I need to pay for cargo fee crate size $2000 more and that it would be refundable. I texted the seller and said yes do to weather needs to be done but you will get money back refunded upon receiving the dog it was for security for the dog to travel. Fine we paid the cargo company believing we would have a dog deliver today since cargo company stated dog would. 5:30 pm came around I was promised dog would arrive around 7 pm to my home, I get another email from the cargo company that pet was at phoenix airport and needed to pay $2500 more for life insurance for the dog. I said no more money to contact the seller, they said no I was responsible , contacted the seller , he stated I was the owner now and was responsible, so I said I don't want the dog, im not paying nothing more, and he said I will help with $1000 I said no im not paying nobody anymore money and I would report it to the police, the cargo company said I would go to jail since I didn't want to pay and I was abandoning the dog. No contact with seller, tried to contact by phone no answer no call back.
