Big problem

I ordered leather boots in December with a rush order in which I paid extra. I have never received my order and have had multiple communications with this company who Said my order was delivered to a person in another state with a different name. No one will talk about a refund of any kind. I still don't have my RUSH order 2 1/2 months later.

Ordered boots, months later, received absolutely CHEAP knockoffs of what was shown online. Smell horrible, do not fit at all, and would probably fall apart after one time wearing them.

Email back and forth and finally got a "resolution" in the form of $33 refunded (I paid over $110). I supposedly could get a full refund if I returned the product. The catch being I pay for shipping to Singapore ($50+)

Absolute scam. As a business owner, it is insane that a company can still be doing this!

ABSOLUTE SCAM

I purchased over $100 in boots in November. I read the refund policy and scoped out the legit-looking website before purchasing.

They didn't get here for over a month. The two pairs of shoes were not boots. They were the wrong color, HORRIBLE quality, had no traction/sole, and smelled offensive. Plus, the sizes were each 2 sizes too small and laughably narrow. It wasn't even close to the description online. They were sent from China in clear plastic and had no packing slip or label of any kind.

I've been emailing customer service constantly ever since. They have a new reason every time of why they can't refund. The new one is that I don't have a shipping label, so I can't prove LBI sent this package containing the wrong product. I tell them if that's the case, I didn't receive the boots. Send the real ones. They can't do that either because their tracking number is their proof they sent me a package. Good LORD is that logic ridiculous and criminal!

Tried to get a refund

I ordered some amazing boots. They took forever to be shipped. I complained about it a couple times because I paid for expedient delivery. About a month later they show up on my door... in a small single package... the boots I paid for should have been too big for this single package. So I open them and see these extremely cheap wanna be knockoffs. These boots were made for the purpose of scamming me out of money! I told them I needed a refund. They refused because the boots were "sale items" that are not allowed a refund. I flipped out and told them they were trying to scam me because the boots were obviously not what I ordered from the pictures. I sent them the photos and threatened to find legal representation, but they stopped responding.

I want to sue for everything they got! I made several complaints and their replies to be patient and that my order was on the way... knowing they shipped me a fake product! I want everything they own so they know that there are consequences for [censored] like them!

I purchased over $100 worth of boots (2 pair). They arrived over a month late from China wrapped only in plastic --no shipping label or tags. The quality was TERRIBLE. It was nothing like the elaborate description of the boots. The color was laughable and the varnish smells terrible. The fabric is not the color or quality that was pictured and described.

When reaching out to return they said I cannot do so without a shipping label. I told them there wasn't one and they have ignored my emails since.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased boots from this company from an ad on Facebook. The product was never shipped and the tracking they sent once I contacted them was a fake. Never received the boots or heard from them again.
