Refused promised refund

I have made many purchases with little boe dating back to 2020. Many items I did not revieve and have been patiently waiting for. I was giving the option of a free giftcard if I continued to wait and took it. After over a year of waiting and ghe we site shutting down I repeatedly contacted the owner Molinda Chan, for a refund. She agreed to refund me minus what I got with the "free" giftcard. I was told that refund would be 553.20 and given on may 2, 2022. I contacted her on agreed upon date and was told she didn't have the money and then blocked from the Facebook "vip" group.

Lol I bet you one that took the rats to ship then lied to your credit card company your the real scam artist so is this site google it its a site of slander for scam artists to feel better my kids have several blankets and clothing from this company they have been impacted like car lots and side by side manufacturers because of in port hold ups

This HAS to be written by one of Molinda's children. I am so sorry you're going through this. Kids should never have to pay for their parents' sins. That being said, it will get better.

Same thing, preordered and kept being told to email customer service and I’d get a response in 5 days. Never got a response. In the group they tell everyone it’ll ship within 21 days. Then almost everyday they’re posting the same blankets as the preorder but ready to ship. File your PayPal claims! I’ve now been blocked from group by simply saying this seems like a scam and I can’t get an update on my order.

Little BOE (bit of everything) a boutique selling children’s clothing on Facebook. Sells “pre-shipments” of clothing and orders never come. Promises refunds that never come. Offers store gift cards that can’t be used in place of missing orders. 1 year passes and no merchandise has arrived, just promises of shipments being dleayed

Same thing, don’t take their store credit, it wouldn’t be worth anything. File complaints with PayPal to get your money!

I seem to be having the same problem! Pre-ordered in April for a blanket to be shipped in May. No response to emails, sent over a week ago. When you message on FB, it says to send an email, if its urgent, otherwise you will get a response in 3-5 business days. Who takes that long to respond, if it's a legitimate business!
