This company has not picked up any of my trash for 3 weeks. I am not the only one in the neighborhood who has this problem. Many complaints against this company is listed on NEXTDOOR app. The company will not return any phone calls or emails. I had problems with the service last year, the company offered me a discount to give them another chance. Regretting that decision. If I want to cancel service they want to charge 45.00 dollars to pick up each container,I have 2. This is unacceptable. They are not providing the service I signed up for. Please resolve.
