I ordered a girls dress on this website, but they sent me low quality saree instead. When I tried to contact them, I realised that they don't have any customer care no and email sent to the address provided on their website also bounced. Though payment was cash on delivery, the courier person did not allow me to open the package and see its content before making payment for the same. They intentionally sent me some cloth to fool me into believing that it's the dress that I had ordered and make the payment. I now have no way to get my money back.
