They tell you the s/h is $6.99 for one product (anti aging) and $4.99 for the other (tightening).
I failed to read the terms and conditions that state the serum will be charged an additional $89.99.
The sample item has no added charges in the terms (as of this writing, 11.6.2020)
The current website shows the totals at the bottom. When I ordered, it did not. I was unable to find previous versions of their site.
They not only charged me the $89.99, they also charged an additional $89.95 the next day.
There is a 30 window to return for a refund for one product (per person??) But you have to call for an RMA#. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO TOLD ME TO USE 'RMA'
I challenged her on it, as the TOC says NUMBER, not just RMA. She then gave me an rma #. Then I asked for the return address. She gave me what I assume is their main address in FLORIDA. I was not taking anything on face value, so reviewed the TOC again. The return address is in UTAH.
