this website was offering a huge discount on little tikes play sets and i bought 3 sets, only form of payment was PayPal and only form of shipment was DHL. i finally realized that it was a fraud websites and reported it to spoof@paypal but was too late and my money was taken out of my PayPal account. seems PayPal has been getting complaints about sellers emails ending in 163.com but they continue to allow them to use their service for payments from buyers. PayPal keeps denying me a refund without giving me the chance to provide information showing that the tracking number the seller provides is not accurate and comes from USPS when the shipping method was only DHL.
