Dec 22,2015 I received phone call from "James at Windows Service Department", claiming the were tracking internet errors from my PC and that it's infected with viruses. I asked for his company name and he said "Windows Microsoft", I said that isn't a company, and he eventually said "Live Fix PC". I asked for company hours, he said 24x7. I asked where he is located, and he said "New Jersey". I said I needed to ask a family member, and requested a callback number. He gave me 800-717-0466. I thanked him and ended the call. I searched on that number, and it's on www.livefixpc.com . These liars/fraudsters need to be prosecuted!
