I ordered products that were advertised on Facebook-hard boiled egg cookers and an egg slicer. I tried it out & they were cheaply made and more work than boiling and peeling an egg. I contacted the company via email; they replied to send a picture of the product which I did. They responded that they would send my request to the management for a refund They also sent a customer service survey. I replied that I was not satisfied, and haven't heard a thing since October, even though I have sent multiple emails asking for a phone number to call.

I don't know where this company is based & can't tell from their website, but it looks like the product was sent from China.
