Gems and gifts auction house scammed me on 2 rings. They lied about the quality and value of the rings. I have reached out to them 10 times. Requesting a refund and i would return the rings. They stated they would process it 8 days ago. I do not know what they were referring to. They will not return anymore emails. As you can see on their reviews, they do this a lot.
