Homeroom claims to give people rooms for a low price, but it turns out that they're actually a scam. I got locked out of my room and they told me to hire a locksmith- with my own money after I already pay them fees to do so-instead of sending someone with a spare key.

Their so called CS team is pretty hostile when I reported harrassment from my current roommates. They also, just sent me an extra bill after signing their lease that didn't mention any extra fees. Those extra fees are a few hundred dollars. I do believe that if this business is legitimate, they have a conflict of interest handling any of my issues that I've brought to them because of their favor towards some of the others who live here.
