In searching the internet for a mini French bulldog, we came across the website, Lively French Bulldogs. Cute pictures and wonderful stories. Seemed very legit. I completed some information on the site. The next day I received a text. The first questions were really asking about our household and ability to care for a new dog. Such detailed information regarding our ability to care for it as well as answering my questions about the dog and parents etc. Was told that once I send money we would get a contract and schedule flight to us. I pushed to get contract first but was told that it was done through another organization once 70% of payment received. I was skeptical. I received text with their address and lots of text about today's world but that they were a family owned business and happy to have people who are local come by. I sent $500 which was actually half the payment because they wanted it through Zelle and my cap was $500. They pushed for the rest and for me to trust the process. I was still hesitant and asked to see pictures from today. I was sent the same pictures from the website and a video of them making those pictures. But there was a lot of pressure to pay the rest. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn't answer phone call. I am going to ask for a refund by text but doubt I will get it.
