I went to the ncaa.com website to find out how to watch the Beanpot hockey tournament finals and clicked on an ad called "Watch Here"...since it was on NCAA web site, I figured it was legit and entered my credit card info, even though it was supposed to be free. After that, I was unable to log in and I saw a $1 charge on my credit card - typical scammer step. I called my bank and they had blocked a subsequent charge of $1.95 - another standard step in a scam sequence. I canceled my credit card. Why does NCAA have a scam ad on their web site? Note, the ad only shows up while browsing on iOS device (in Chrome). It did not show up on MacBook Pro with Chrome.
