1. Thousands of $$$ worth items stolen from my car overnight per Rodney (community manager's instructions). He had our car towed at 1am for no reason.
2. Rodney and his two women Paige & Samantha get a kick back from $325 payment that we had to make to get my car back.
3. They owe us $325 for application fee. But trying to cheat with pro-rated rent.
4. Charged us for February 9th, when the apartment was not ready till the 10th of February. Plus utilities and Renter's insurance cost.
Most importantly, corporate management - Maxus Properties,LLC / Isaac Acquisition, LLC & The Isaac Group is already facing several federal lawsuits.
Other than all of the above whenever we leave home Community Manager Rodney Sherman, his assistant Paige Mendez and Samantha James send maintenance to walk the apartment. Each time we have to clean and vacuum when we get home.
Several other issues other than theft by The Isaac's own management. Hot water, people park in charging station & handicap spots all over permanently but they are all Rodney's friends. Garbage not picked up although they charge $46 per month + $2 for Pest control. Hallways not vacuumed. There is no security present as they claim.
My kitchen sink and oven have brown rusted gunk & stink. They came by twice after we left home, walked around the apartment, got into our personal expensive stuff (some is missing), left shoe marks and dirt on the carpet and never cleaned the sink or oven.
Even cabinets and drawers have bad grease & spice stink.
