He is saying that he has REO listings for local Real Estate Agents to list. He is using the same property address to charge several agents for the promise of listing the same home. No one has ever listed a home with him and no one ever will. He is a Con Man and will never be able to produce the product that he states he can. Will not give a refund because he says that you have used the software and therefore cannot return it....problem is that it is just simple online site that he is calling "software" . There is no actual software being used that is of any cost to him.

He further tries to lure agents in by suggesting the listing is ready to go and that you now will need to pay another 449 to setup an account for him to pay all the utilites...all of which is fully refundable once the property sales. NOTHING will ever sale because nothing he does is legitimate
