On 12/18/17 a sales scammer from LIVI Management contacted me to solicit my service as a Realtor to assist her company dispose of Foreclosed property, representing herself and company Asset Managers for several banks with properties in process of foreclosure and would need listing and marketing for sale. She went over commission structure, utility coverage etc. Once she qualified me as having the proper credentials n areas these properties were located in, I was told Default Management required payment to access their platform and I proceeded to give the scammer my credit card info to collect the fee of $519.00. I received an email from United Default, with instructions on setting up my account and gain access to their BPO platform to prepare the Broker Price Opinion on to access the platform and receive the address and future properties. I was given the subject property address and performed the BP. I didn't suspect any concerns since this was week before Christmas, then New Years, but in the first weeks of January 2018. my email inquiries received short responses but then when I began to pose more pertinent questions about their service, my emails were not responded to at all. Calls went into a dark hole with no bottom. After 1 month of no response and the property I had been told was mine to list and I performed the BPO for was not delivered, I realized I had been the victim of a very skilled and proficient scam, that, I give them credit for. I reported to my credit Card Company but the head scammer convinced my card that they had delivered what they had sold and what a clever response United Default gave. From onset to finale, the SCAM was well thought out and executed, United Default was not going to refund my $519.00. Needless to say. that card lost a 40 year Client with me. So now, since I have paid for their "service" I only hope to alert other Realtors to avoid this scamming company in every IT, Realtor communication/publication, Realtor Associations etc. I'm a 30 year veteran of the industry and while I was fooled by this scam, I hope to prevent others across the US from being drawn in to their ploy and save themselves the financial fraud of this company. Then my money will be well spent, United Default Management and LIVI Management.
