This company appeals to women suffering from diseases like Endometriosis who experience debilitating menstrual cramps and muscle pain. The device sounds like a dream come true for women who have spent a good chunk of their life in pain. The only problem is, they never send you the device. Look at their facebook comments- there's a handful of good ones but dig deeper and you'll see countless women saying they paid and never received the device. This company preys on women in pain. It's shameful.

I ordered through Livia about 4 years ago because they offered a TENS unit which “switches off” period pain. At this time I had no issue with support, ordering, or receiving my product. In June I ordered another Livia after misplacing mine and have since been waiting over 3.5 months for even a confirmation of my product though they have taken money out of my account. When reaching out to support, they constantly tell me they will get back to me with some helpful information but I have yet to receive an answer to where my product is. I have explained several times that I want to issue a refund for the product which I still have not received and receive my money back but they have not yet done so or have even answered my messages. Livia is completely unprofessional!

This website offers period support for women who have awful cycles. They have what is branded and amazing product to help treat period pain. Well I ordered it thinking it would be Beneficial to me. I have waited over 2 months for this product. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. And now I’m out of almost 50$.
