Livingguard https://shop.livinguard.com/ does not seem to be a real web site - I ordered masks for my kids, but the USPS tracking never updated even 9 days after I placed my order, and I've not received my masks, which were to protect my kids in school! The customer service doesn't seem real either - canned responses, no personalization, no customer service phone number. Please help investigate... Fortunately, I was able to contest the charge with my American Express Card, but I want to alert others about this company...
