Sent a government "official" looking letter stating that our LLC filing required us to sent them $160 to file our annual certificate, (normally $25). My team nearly paid this due to its official looking form until someone realized that it was way more than last filing. They bury the two lines that says they are not a government entity in the middle of the form to make sure that people don't notice.

mailed a letter offering to assist with paying annual certificate fees for an LLC. Form looked very official. Upon further review verified that this was not official and basically a trick
