Responding to a job posting for older workers, there was one for a Secret Shopper which would require me to shop at various locations, evaluate the service, make purchases of $50-$150 and report my experiences. The contact person is Lloyd Rowland supposedly working out of Jackson, MS. He sent me a couple of emails. l He told me that I would be sent a check for $350 to cash and then use for the shopping tasks. I was to keep $150 for doing the shopping. That seemed reasonable for four or five shopping trips plus the evaluations.

Today I got a Priority Mail. I was sent a check for $3,750.00. The tasks were not only shopping but purchasing gift cards and making out some money orders or buying a cashier's check payable to the American Cancer Society. I was then to send copies of the front and back of the gift cards and checks and send them to the phone number as a text message.
