they contacted me by email stating I have overdue fund and they were waiting for the clearance papers and would wire transfer to my bank March 11 2019. They sent me copy if wire transfer but no money was wired then sent me a stop order from IRS stating the proper clearance wasn't done correctly and wanted $6250 or I would lose my 5.5 million dollars I won.i have copied the wire email
