LM construction promised an affordable remodel for my moms flood damaged home. They were very responsive and organized until the $45k deposit was made for supplies and scheduling. I was traveling for work and made an additional 20k wire transfer to Lance Meyers personal account ( all from my moms small retirement account). They lied in multiple emails that they were licensed, that things were being scheduled and tasks completed. They did 1 day of work in 6 weeks and ordered no supplies. Then I discovered that they were unlicensed and requested to terminate the contract and an immediate refund. I have yet to receive any refund since my request on September 19th and now have a lawyer involved. I believe that they are scamming multiple people and have renamed their businesses because of past scams. They have also since taken down their website.
