A tree branch dented a cover with a duel attached mirror and broke both mirrors. They attempted to bill me $10,107.98 and pressured me to pay that amount. I told them I paid $240 for REP (Rental Equipment Protection) and that should cover their outrageously overpriced repair bill. They refuse to provide me with a copy of that insurance policy ( I reported it to the Texas Dept. of Insurance) Presently they want me to pay the $2500 deductible which they say applies SEPARATELY to each item of the covered equipment. I refused to do that unless they release me from any future liability and remove my credit card information. On May 2, 2024 they illegally charged my credit card $1500 which was totally unauthorized. They fabricated and exaggerated damage to the machine and are operating a scam to unwary customers.
