Was contacted on 8/09/2018 around noon about approved loan for 8,000 when told didn't need but 1000. Mr. Chris Webster ( phone says possibly MARK SMITH). He then stated My Bank Account Info That I NEVER told him, BUT HERES FUNNY THING! I opened that account 9pm the night before and NO ONE KNEW I DID NOR had info on account number or routing number OR the place I was employeed or MY living address since I JUST got HIRED THAT DAY BEFORE AND JUST MOVED not even id said it. nothing had any of this info but he told me everything. so I asked for Documents. (as he calls Mark Smith 312 270 0246 NOW 10 Pm EASTERN STANDERD TIME FLORIDA. ) I then ignored calls till I spoke to lawyer. When they called and I called back they ALREADY KNEW IT WAS ME. Stated Hello Ms. how are you today . UmMm HOw did you know It was me. well I proceded to infom them I was on way to lawyer to let them look at the documents for loan before sign. and they GOT MAD and yelled at me. MIND YOU THIS WAS 8/10/2018 and its 8/15/2018 they are attempting to still reach me. well found out they tried to steal with identiy with the bank that I CANT have funds in my account or close NOR will any one talk to me on PHONE about my accounts. they already accessed my ex's bank account some how . But im adding all forms and texts as well. THEY ARE FAKE ive looked up everything.

Loan Cart Company contacted me with offer of a $5,000.00 then they told me I had to do funds verification before they would issue the loan.I was instructed to wire the money Western Union or money gram and then return deposit back to them.

I looked up the information. Just seems shady. The person I am corresponding with is Mr.Ryan Fulton

On 06/29/18 I received this text message "Hello Savannah this is Eric your loan concern officer calling you from LoanCart as you applied for a loan and I have good news for you that you are successfully approved up to an amount $8000 and we are going to deposit the money in to your bank account but the thing is that I have tried to reach you but the call is going on Voicemail so it's my humble request to you please answer my call so that we can transfer the funds into your bank account by this evening today 8 PM.Note:- We will not charge you any upfront fee." Loan Cart's Dexter Reed and my loan officer Christina ? (Obviously all phony names and ALL have VERY heavy accents from India, Manila, or the Philippines.) They told me I applied for a loan from their company, which I didn't remember doing. However, seeking funds, I was approved for the amount of $8000 but I told them I only needed $2000. So on 7/02/18-i was told told to give them my bank account and routing number so they could wire me my money and they needed a loan verification voucher which was a preloaded Google play card of $20 which would be deducted from my 1st monthly payment of $88 so they could verify that I will be able to pay my installments but my bank doesn't offer mobile deposit so I gave them the numbers on the back of the Google play card and they were going to be able to wire the money via Western Union and I would have my western union tracking number within 30 seconds.. 7/06/18-They then said that it wouldn't go thru bc i didn't pay the entire 1st monthly installment and told me I could just get another$50 play card ($70total so far) so I did.. 7/10/18-i was then told my credit score was too low but they could raise my score to 715 for 6 months for $54. So since I'm desperately needing money at the moment I went and got another Google play card but couldn't find one that i could add any amount on so they said just get a $50 card so I did.. They then told me that since it wasn't the whole specific amount of $54 it wouldn't let them process the payment and told me which store near me had the cards I can add any amount on so I drove 10 minutes to that store and purchased another card for $54. I was told that every bit of money put on cards would be refunded to me by being added to my loan amount. After 2 days of calling and getting no answer(the weekend) 7/12/18-I finally reached them and was given my tracking number then was told that since I was using western union that I had to pay western unions fee of $269 I told them i couldn't afford it and was told to take out a payday loan to cover the $269 and I could be receiving the details on where & when to pick up my money in 30 seconds as soon as I pay the $269! I asked how I can just get the money I have already paid them refunded and cancel my loan and they said I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $99 and possibly the western union fee also to cancel.

Said I was approved for 8000 but needed to send a 50 google card then after I did that said my credit was too low and need an additional 68$ so after I did that they said that since I put 70 on it except for a specific 68$ I wasn’t able to be approved. They later questioned my intelligence and after being scammed like that I am as well

They had called multiple times saying I was pre-approved for a loan up to 8,000 and even sent a text message. I spoke with a couple of different people which could have possibly been one person by the name of Sam Billings and the text came from a Ronnie Wilson. They had me go to my nearest grocery store to buy a $50 Google play card They said it was refundable and is for insurance on the loan. I should've known better but I did what he told me to do. I was the one to call them and of course they gave me the run around talking about my credit being too low and that if I sent 500 they could raise my credit for 6 months. They wanted to transfer the funds right away. When I say no, and for them to just refund my 50, they go on to say that 400 will be paid by them and only 100 will come from me. I continue to say no, and he still wanted to give me time to think about it overnight and no was still my answer!
