Here’s a transcript of the message that was left for me: “ "Hello there this is Jessica Brown from activate center my phone number is 833-914-0333

and my computer shows you still have some back taxes owed I'm calling to inform you you can now apply to have them forgiven but using the zero tax elimination initiative any back taxes are now noncollectible to this program however we do need to file it for this week so give me a quick call so we can handle it all for you it only takes a few minutes and it's really quick I'll keep your file open here so again my phone number is 833-914-0333 if you've already taken care of this no problem simply call back and press two to opt out of this list can't wait to speak with you."

- Berryville, VA, USA

I get repeated messages from Jessica from the Loan approval department stating that they need to verify my income to complete my loan application (which I never applied for). The number left is 877-867-5139. When you try to contact them it is a non-working number. Different numbers are used

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

They keep saying it’s Jessica from my loan processing team and that they need to finalize some details about my income. I get these calls 3-4 times daily all from different numbers.

- Smithtown, NY, USA

The phone call goes straight to voice mail, they don't ring your phone number, and the 877-867-5139 is disconnected when you call it. They call from 929-747-7216 and another phone number that used from Kentucky it is 502-787-8555 and it also goes straight to voice mail. Like all the other reports, the say they have the application form on their desk and are waiting for a reply to continue the loan, which I never applied for and never hear of that Best Loan Solutions, they leave dozens of voice messages with the recording "this is Jessica" if those numbers above are called, you will get a live person that will answer those phone numbers. I threatened them to report them to the Dept. of Consumer affairs and they were supposed to remove my Tel. No from their data base they needed 24 hours, and this was on Monday 1/13/25, and I got another voice message today Wed. 1/15/25, with the same loan message. They leave voice messages several times a week, they are very persistent and annoying; they have to be stopped.

- Poughkeepsie, NY, USA

Left by a woman claiming to be Jessica from "your loan processing team." Requesting to confirm SS#, banking details, income and address. I deleted the message. I have also received calls from 929-345-2403 (which I believe is spoofed) and 401-239=5077. Those do not always leave messages. When they do it's the same "Jessica" message.

- New York, NY, USA

No business name given, but "Jessica" keeps calling from various different numbers asking to verify final details for a loan (which I never initiated). Says to return her call at 877-867-5139. Clearly a scam to phish for private info.

- Bronx, NY, USA

Call me and said l have approval for loan ask me questions like do l owe any credit cards, school loans do l owe car did l ever took a loan from the bank .

- New York, NY, USA

Two separate calls and voicemails from a Cleveland, OH number - "Jessica from your loan application team" calling in regard to my loan application and needing information to finalize application, cancel, etc. Gave a different call back number - 877-867-5139 - which did not go through when dialed. Almost surely a phishing scam.

- New Hyde Park, NY, USA

I have received many calls from this company, although they do not leave their name. Just "this is Jessica again from your loan processing team..." They ask me to return their calls at 877-867-5139 and provide an ID number for my "application". I have answered their calls in the past and advised that I am on the DNC registry and asked that they add me to their DNC list. I have advised that I have never applied for a loan with them as well.

- Pearl River, NY, USA

Constant phone calls from a Jessica regarding my recent loan application. I have never applied for a loan. The number that calls is never the number left in the voicemail which is 877-867-5139.

- Millbrook, NY, USA

I have been receiving calls about a loan application - I have no outstanding load applications at this time. The person calling claims to need more info about my finances. I tried to call the number in the voicemail but will not go thru - (877) 867-5139. I called the number that left the voicemail and spoke with Mia (?) who told me it was Best Loan Solutions - loan ******** and I instructed her to cancel application which is going to take 24-48hrs. When I inquired where they got my info she hung up... repeated calls back I get hung up on - one such call elicited a response of '** ***** - I do not feel this is a legit business and should be looked into... thanks

- White Plains, NY, USA

I regularly receive calls on my cell phone, that I never answer, about completing "my loan application." The calls come from various numbers such as (405) 442-2898, but the number the message says to call back is (877) 867-5139. Today's call even claimed that I had an application number and told me to reference AH****** when I returned that call (which I did not).

- Long Island City, NY, USA

I've been getting regular calls from this scam number, all leaving voicemails with a call back number and a loan application account number, the latter that I have no idea where it came from. They do not include the name of the "loan" servicer,

- Poughkeepsie, NY, USA

Received multiple calls from 943-276-5193 and 835-252-8015 and it goes to voicemail and it is a woman named Jessica stating to call her back on 877-867-5139 to finish my "loan application" and that she needs to verify income and provides an ID number. I havent taken out a loan and keep blocking the numbers, but its the same voicemail that is left. This is a scam- watch out

- Middletown, NY, USA

Left message stating they needed “ lto verify a few details specifically about your income please return my call at 877-867-5139, ideally before 5 PM Pacific time today when you call mention your application ID, however I have not submitted a loan application with anyone.”
