 The sender sent the email to themself and bcc: me. Addressed me as "Debtor." Did not say exactly who they represent, other than a payday loan in body of email. Demanded $850 today or to make arrangements to pay $1385.72 within 2 days. Said if I do not respond then they would file a lawsuit against me. In their disclaimer they stated I had 15 days to dispute the validity of the debt and that they would mail the documents to me. It then stated that the creditor was Cash Advance and that they don't have to wait the 15 days to sue me. I responded asking for attorney information, phone number (none was provided in initial email), and business information. I also requested the documents that prove the debt is mine, as I know it is not. There response was full of more demands and threats. They did not provide any documents that I requested or information to contact anyone. They also stated that the creditor was Speedy Cash this time.
