I placed an order off locale and found a coupon code on another website. The code was accepted and my order went through for delivery on February 12. I did not receive my order on Feb 12 and called on Feb 13 to see what happened. No one picked up the phone. They replied to my email that they cancelled my order because the code was “not meant for me” and accused me of stealing it and using a code that I wasn’t supposed to. They provided no notice of this at all and had I not reached out, they did not even intend to refund the amount I had paid for my order. I’ve seen similar reviews on other pages of people who placed an order, never received it, and never got refunded for it with no notice or information.
