Person called my daughter asking for her and myself by name. I called the number. Person wouldn't give me any information as to why I have a case and what court she claimed I had. She was rude and persistent. Never the less, I ended up hanging up.

This number called my family looking to speak with me. They stressed that I was or am being sued! I tried calling the number back I got no answer. I didnt know you can be sued or get a summons over the phone.
