So I walked into MOUNTAIN VIEW TIRE & AUTO SERVICE to have a new set of tires I brought with me installed. But then Douglas Betzer offered at a discount to have my alignment and tires installed for a total of 229.99 and even offered me to come back and recheck my alignment for free in a few months. However, after driving away, my car started vibrating and felt like it was swaying on the freeway. Then after I got home I found that all four tires were not balanced (had no weights on all four tires) and later took it to Costco for tire balancing. After looking over the copy of work done at Mountain View I could not find anything that showed what work was done. Just a charge for( Labor-Misc-Service $100) and Wheel Alignment $ 129.99).
