Misrepresented Price

Misrepresented the price. Indicated the service labor charge started at $35. The locksmith charged $299. Getting into a locked door is not rocket science where you can't give a reasonable estimate. The locksmith indicated he could not perform any service for only $35.

Dishonest company

I locked my keys in my car. Another company quoted me at $90 for the simple car lockout, these guys quoted me at $65 so I went with them. The guy showed up within 15 minutes and told me as he was unlocking my car that the total price would be $260! After arguing I was finally able to talk him down to $189. Also, he smelled strongly of drugs and smoke and did not look professional. When I called the main number, they said, "sorry the technicians are the ones assessing the situation and deciding the ultimate price." It was a complete BAIT AND SWITCH! Other companies will tell you the set price by gathering info on the phone, just as I thought this one had. LITERALLY CALL ANYONE BUT LOCKSMITH CONNECTIONS!

I called this company because i had lost my car keys and had to get a new one made. The person on the phone said it would be about $130. When the technician came he gave me a different price of about $510. I was hesitant to say yes, but i didn’t have a chance to say no being that it was late at night and i was stranded. Then after everything was done it came out to $888. He strong armed me into paying it making claims that it was the service provided but there was no reason for it being that much. After calling they’re customer service even the supervisor had told me there was no reason I should have been charged that much. After calling multiple times after they seemed very evasive when i requested a refund and I was put on hold multiple times with no call back
