I searched for a locksmith on safari because I was locked out of my house. I found this website and called the number. The person who answered did have an accent but that isn’t normally unusual so I didn’t think much about it at first. I described my situation and he asked me for my location. This website advertised that is is located in my city. The entire area is the same zip code. So I gave my address but not the zip code because I never need to when dealing with local people. He asked for my zip code and I said I’m in Lockport. He said “yes I need the zip code.” I said “I thought you are located in Lockport?” He said “we are” I said”well I’m confused why you don’t know the zip code for our city then.” He stuttered and the I hung up because I thought that was pretty suspicious. I wanted to bring this to your attention because if some older person might not catch on and would give their money away.
