These people are scammers they don’t even have a professional working van they come out to you n their personal vehicle and answer the phones themselves and make pretend they are a call center for the 911 Locksmith company that is a lie! The pictures shown was how he left my car and stole $100 from me saying they could make a new key and reprogram it these pictures were the result of their work! The tech guy is Sebastian the numbers are (305)793-1104, (954)932-7333, 1(866)479-9491! I’ve been calling since Saturday they keep saying they are sending messages to management for a refund until finally I told them if I don’t receive a call back I will file a civil suit in court at your which he answered “ go ahead than and keep spending your money” at which point I realize I was speaking to the same Sebastian guy posing as the call center for 911 locksmith!

LockSmith for my daughter's car

The key fob (doesnt work)

I've called several times and they acted as if they would send a tech out to fix the fob that their untrained tech didn't have a clue to program car with.

3 days later I'm still awaiting tech or either a refund. I have a recording asking the representative whom can I speak to issue a refund and he ask me "WHO KILLED MARTIN LUTHER KING". I ask the business representative was he the manager and he said yes. I then ask whats your name. He replied Martin Luther King. Yes, the business answer the phone like that and then the gentleman started speaking spanish and another language then hung up.

This LockSmith company needs to be shut down and I found their number on google 8664799491.

I am out of $200 and a car key fob that doesnt work.

My son got locked out of his apartment and contacted a phone number on the front door of the apartment entrance. They did come to his apartment changed the lock and provided him with a new key. He contacted right after, telling me that they charged him $1.300 for the job. After hearing that I immediately contacted the phone number. There were different phone numbers provided and every time I called a different person answered, one had no idea what I was talking about and then there after, I did get different people on the phone who stated a supervisor would call me and hung up. I tried to call on several occasions, and got the same thing answer that a supervisor will call back and If I tried to talk and or asked questions about the Bill, they hung up on me. I even called in front of the banker at TD as I was describing what happen. They barley let me talk and would hand up on me. I never heard of a locksmith charging 1,300 dollars. There was no phone number on the Bill of sale as well as an address. There was an area on the form asking how much money was lost. I was not able to put in a value, it was not allowing me to proceed.

My adult daughter (age 21) was home alone while we were out of town. She locked herself out of the house. She googled local locksmiths and found the website https://www.locksmithsandyut.com/. She called them and they sent out a locksmith who drilled a hole through our front lock to get into the house. He charged her $579.96 for this service which she paid with her credit card. When we got back from the trip, I tried to call the company to talk about the exorbitant amount they had charged her. They told me a manager would be calling me back within 30 min. When they hadn't called back after 2 hours, I called them and was hung up on three times. We feel this is price gouging and would like a partial refund.

The guy DID give me the service, but he charged me 3 times the market price and attempted to charge me more. When I called the company back to complain, they couldn't tell me the name of the technician who came to my car and they wouldn't give me the manager's real name.

They don't have a website, and the majority of their Google reviews are five star and all say that the service was fast and affordable... $374 for getting your car unlocked is NOT affordable.

Posing as a locksmith, the individual unlocked a door and is charging a $95 service call + 249 unlock fee, + 7% sales tax = $368.08. Wanted to replace the cylinder for an additional 389 or a high security for 589.

Scammer called and pretended to be a friend of mines in need of help with payment for a locksmith.

Money was sent

“Locksmith” messaged asking for more money.

Someone pretended to be cash app support stating that the payment was held. So more money was sent to that person.

Was called from multiple numbers

Cash app was notified and requested money back from the person

My 16 year old son was locked out of his car this morning and called hppts://locksmith-pros.net/ to unlock his car. They advertise $35 to unlock the car, the technician on site told him it would cost $32. My 16 year old and 18 year old both heard it, repeated it, and then heard him confirm and restate $32 again. The tech took 5 minutes to get him into the car, took my sons card and entered it into his phone without showing an amount and then charged $405.99 to our card and then quickly left. We called the the number on the website to correct the charge and their "managers" refused to talk to us or consider a possible mistake. They told us the amount charged is at the technicians discretion and that this was on my son for misunderstanding him. We posted our experience to Facebook and have already had several people comment that they have had similar experiences with this company. They are not listed as a legit company in the BBB. They need to be shut down.

Locksmith scam. Phone number they use to advertise is 888-212-0476. Google that and you get locksmiths supposedly in CT, SC, CA and several in FL. There's even a website in ARABIC!! Beware so many phony locksmiths.
