I contacted Locksmith Veterans from LocksmithVeterans247.com after viewing their website. The website noted a $19.00 service call, replace locks $25.00 and up, change locks $25.00 and up. I arranged a visit for the next morning. The scheduler said the tech would call to confirm. A few moments later, the tech called and said he was on his way. 2 techs arrived 40 minutes later. One tech spoke with a heavy accent and very quickly. I asked him speak more slowly as he was quoting me prices. While this conversation was taking place, the second tech began removing my broken lock. With the lock removed I felt I had to agree to the expensive $479 mid security lock. Neither tech gave me a $ number for the service call nor was a charge for a new connector mentioned. The receipt noted the $135 service call and a $79 charge for the connector. I lost $755.37. The receipt was from a Unlock Button which was not mentioned on the Locksmith Veterans website.
