I ordered a set from this shop back in November and I still have not received my package. I contacted and emailed them no answer. I even contacted DHL the carrier that it was supposed to deliver the package and they haven’t even received the package to ship it out to be delivered. I am highly disappointed with the service. I tried to look everywhere for their website. I can’t find it and I don’t know how else to contact them. I would gladly take a refund, but I don’t know how to do it due to no communication. I highly would not recommend ordering from this place at all.

I saw the merchant on TikTok advertising high waisted cargo sweatpant joggers at 70%. The pants were cute and the sale made the pants only $29.09 with free shipping. I’ve ordered from TikTok before and I’ve gotten my items so I didn’t think this would be any different. As soon as I ordered, I received an email saying my order had already shipped but a tracking number was not provided. When I emailed the merchant, I was given a tracking number to a website that I couldn’t even read because it was not in English. When I went back on TikTok to search the merchant, their page was nonexistent but their website is still up.
