Most Likely a Scam

I was also messaged by a "Dre Cross on facebook about an available space. He never event sent me pictures of the apartment until
I asked for them. It seemed like he was communicating with some sort of property manager separately and would then message me directly. He sent me an email with my "application" that also seemed very shady. I just stopped communicating with him. Be careful .out there.

Don’t use this company

I was speaking with someone on Facebook messenger from this company about a temporary rental for a travel assignment. Everything looks pretty legit until I googled the person’s name. Popped up with a real estate broker in Canada. I messaged her to see if she was the same person and she was not. Same pictures and name. Not the same person. Luckily I never have them money.

There is NOTHING about this company that appears legit. All they do is grab pictures and addresses from ZILLOW and tell you that the place is for rent EXACTLY when you want it. The thing is, they have a fake website, fake telephone numbers on the website, NO References, Guys with Nigerian Accents calling up pretending to be a facebook friend...They use pictures of Americans for their facebook profile but when you speak with them on the phone, you will understand what i mean. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, They tried to get me to fill out a bunch of information BEFORE they would tell me anything of use -- probably to steal my identity. LOFTEHOMES must be a SCAM --My experience was in Southern Cal

Dre cross messaged me on Facebook with a property he had ready to rent to me and my son. He was discussing back and forth with the “property management” (who was emailing me separately) about lease agreements and everything that followed. They sent me a video recording of the apartment, but denied live videos. They asked for money to be sent before receiving the keys to the apartment which is where I knew something was wrong. Then, when I said I was researching his authenticity, he demanded that I needed to find a friend to help me pay earlier than the date I told him I would be able to, because the apartment is in high demand. I reached out to a friend who works in real estate and she said she couldn’t find any of their names on her database. Which concludes my story of how I almost became broke out of desperation. Luckily those red flags flew high in my decision making abilities and was able to catch it before things became fishy. Thank you for your time.
