Reserved a vacation rental with “loftium” through Travelocity….. not what was advertised at all ….. the place was highly misrepresented. Terrible neighbor. Dirty. Trash in the yard. Tried to contact the host with the number listed but it just rings a busy signal. I had been in contact with the host via email but the responses seem computer generated, not from an actual person. After I booked the property its listing disappeared from the Travelocity site and so did the option to leave a review. I got scammed out of $400 + to say the least.
