They offered a promotional package of 5 sessions of any service they offer for 20% off. I chose laser resurfacing, and they asked me to pay upfront for all 5 sessions in advance. I made a payment of $ 1149,75 by credit card. After three sessions I experienced blisters and burns on my face. My fourth session had been scheduled 5 weeks later. Prior to my fourth session I contacted them to resolve the matter amicably. I presented myself in person for my fourth appointment and to show them my skin and pictures of the burns and scabs. They accused me of doing this to myself, said they were dropping me as a client, refused to give the last two sessions and refused to reimburse me the full amount. They decided to keep amounts pertaining to 100% of the service price for the 3 sessions. When I told them they couldn't do that, they offered an extra 50$ saying they were being generous. The total amount they owed me for the two services they did not render is 459.90$. They refunded me 345.00$. They owe me 114.90$ for services I paid for which they never gave. I posted about my negative experience with them on their google page and they had it removed. They are a dishonest business and I was shocked that they scammed me.
