In this role, you'll be accountable for coordinating and controlling the shipping and logistics processes for our customers, guaranteeing on time and cost effective distribution of products. Your tasks will include interacting with service providers and customers, preparing and examining shipment documents, monitoring shipments, and solving any issues which may possibly occur.
As a remote Shipping Forwarder, you will have the flexibility to work from your own residence, and we'll provide you with the necessary instruments to complete your chores successfully. You will submit reports directly to the logistics manager and will be required to preserve regular connection with your team and customers via e-mail and telephone.
