Logo Exxon owes me the sum of $1,842.00 from bogus charges collected me under the guise of Trademark fees. The company created a logo for me and recommended I get the logo trademarked. To date I paid $1,842 for the so called trademark application and fees. The logo was never trademarked. Money was collected from me starting in September of 2020 but no trademark application has been submitted with the USPTO as of June 4, 2021. They requested an additional $897 to complete the trademark process. I decided to call the USPTO office to verify the cost. After speaking with a representative it became clear that the fees charged for the trademark were made up to collect money from me.
