They took over $6000 from me for no service. When I finally have my website up.they will short it down so they can get money from me. They won't give you your website credentials so they can short it down every other month yo get money out of you. Worst company ever.

No Signs of Processed Refund, and Entire Company Ignoring Me for Over Two Months

I requested a refund of services within 24 hours, realizing I did not want the package on July 9th. The refund I was told it was processed on 08/09/2023 and would take 18-19 days; it's now been four months since initially requesting my refund for $1,291.00, where no services were started or rendered, and 2 months and one day since my refund was supposed to be processed, and I have contacted my project manager Sam Carter since September 8th and have been ignored since then with two outstanding engagements I did not request refunds for, and I have not received my stationary since it was finalized over two months now, my website went down, and needs to be completed and Logo Orb is ignoring me from the project manager Sam Carter to the finance departments, to info at logoorb.com, to calling the phone number and leaving messages, I have emailed, called, and text messaged. The chat person on the website contact me multiple times a week, and they say my messages will be relayed to someone, and nobody contacts me. this is the worst business I have dealt with in my life, and as of now, I am out $2300, I contacted the BBB, and Logoorb ignored them, and they have given me other avenues to pursue, which I am. I even dropped a fraud claim with my bank with the assurance my refund was processed on August 9th. This is fraud at this point, unacceptable, and I don't even know what to do about my current ongoing engagements since nobody from top to bottom will help me.

Logo Orb/Code N Logos is a scam!

I hired Code N Logos to build me a logo. They billed my credit card that time as Classicani Innerworks. They sent me a couple of designs, but then super high pressure sold me on needing to have it trademarked for an additional $899 and billed my credit card as Design Web Logic. At the same time I purchased a logo, they offered a website for less than half the price I would have paid elsewhere, and like an [censored] I purchased it. My contact with the company was "Jacob Brown", but my emails always came from austin.sarkozy@ LogoOrb.com. "Jacob Brown" has a strong accent and the ambient noise always sounded like India to me, although he insisted he was in San Diego. A few other things seemed off: the aggressive sales tactics they use, the sham paperwork I filled out (after asking repeatedly) to get the trademark started, the fact that they could never answer my technical questions. It turns out all of these companies share a common IP address, located in Pakistan. They are all a part of a huge digital design scam run by the same group of scammers. I paid initially $119 fir this company to make a logo for me. After a month or so , the logo was complete. I paid additional $375 for them to file the logo for trademark. I was very excited everything was going well. Two weeks later , after my busy schedule calmed down , I contacted two employees I’d been working with named James and Jacob. I requested a receipt and all document related to the USPTO registration for my logo. Days later I received a fake , doctored up receipt. Dates were all incorrect , paragraphs were deleted , time stamps were from last year. It was a shifty feeling seeing this. I knew I was scammed out $375. I started calling the company , no answer for days. Emailed with no reply. Even emailed the individual named “Francis bacon “ which is not his real name to call me. Apparently, he is the one who is responsible for this. Their website shows an address and doing searches online they have multiple addresses. A kid named Henry answered the phone phone day and he claimed they are in San Diego. After digging Deeper, they are from Pakistan. I finally got ahold of Francis bacon and the first thing he says to me is I sound like Donald trump. After asking him why he did this to me he said I’m full of [censored] and he didn’t do anything then hung up on me. The company does not answer my phone calls or respond to any of my messages anymore. I have read many reviews about this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

I found this website online (Logoorb.com) to assist me with a logo that I needed changed. I spoke via a live chat from a “designer,” and the next day a flurry of logo designs came via email. None of which was what I wanted. Then I received a phonecall--many phonecalls--from Dean Adams the director stating that the live chat employee “had a hurt head” and wouldn’t be in and that he would take over. I explained many, many times view phonecalls and emails what I wanted, but clearly there was a language barrier. He sounded East Indian. After almost two weeks of this nonsense, he fell off the radar and is not even answering my email or texts. Sometimes, the emails he had sent would eerily disappear from my Inbox. I paid $129.XX and have never received a receipt for anything. I’m worried that they now have my credit card information. Here are the numbers the has used: 510-828-9218, 510-626-9203, 510-439-2232. I am so stupid. He kept telling me that I have a nice voice. Ew! Now I can’t even find the website.

I purchase their services to create a website and they kept misleading me to purchase things and spend more money and the website was never created. Their is a virtual address and no actual business. On the receipt of the purchase for services say 100% guarantee and 100% satisfaction or money back. When I requested a refund they stopped calling and said they need to speak to manager and still nothing. I cant find reveiws or any other information except its a scam

Same thing happened to me and is ongoing, no refunds, and all current services stopped and they have not refunded me since 07/09/23, and never have sent my stationary, and have ignored me for over two months
