It’s taken over a week. I asked if I could have it printed on yoga mats and swim wear. They said yes. Then after getting a simple design they said I need to spend another $99 to get an AI file for printing. This company is a scam. They advertise a package that can’t be used for printing. Which is not disclosed. Taking advantage of people by making them think they are getting what they pay for and then telling them to spend more money to get the logo in a format I can print. Below is the simple image that has taken a week and I only get a picture of it for $50!!
