They reached out via website chat asking me to buy a package. Then called me to discuss packages for logo design. I purchased a lower package and they wanted me to add website design. They then sent me names of websites they designed. The websites were forever21.com, asos.com and big box department stores. They obviously did not design those websites. After my purchase and phone call he discontinued the chat immediately. I was charged on my statement for a strange charge that was not the website name.

I just found out now that I have been being scammed out of my own money since June 2022. I originally signed up for a basic combo package for around $1,800. This initially included a Website Design, Logo, Trademark, business cards, etc. After I paid that amount, I was given a (Project Manager) named Ethan Stevenson who was assigned to me in making / designing my website and whatever else I needed. It took more than a month or so for the website to be completed. The website is basic and does not describe exactly what I hoped for and asked for. Once the website was finished, he then kept calling me back about every other month telling me I owed money the very next day for services such as ADA Compliance, Hosting, Trademark, Domain Package Upgrades, and business cards. I then told them after the first few times that I did not have money like that to be giving away so fast in the time frames that they were asking me to, proceeding to then give them different credit cards for them to charge. They told me more than a couple of times that if I did not give them the money owed, my current project with them would be demolished and I could face possible legal actions / fines. At some point I was then contacted by an individual named Keith Fernandez who was the head of Legal Affairs Department for Logo Genies telling me the same things that my project manager Ethan Stevenson had told me in terms of needing to make payments the day or two before. Later on throughout the year, I asked them to put in for an LLC request in New York State. This process took a long time and I was required to make more payments from Logo Genies. I kept calling to check on an update on how the LLC was going and they promised to have all of the documents that I paid and asked for including the completed LLC Paperwork, receiving none of the documents. I am very DISSATISFIED with the services that were AND were not provided with Logo Genies / staffing members and I require a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE that they state in their terms and agreements. Both Ethan Stevenson and Keith Fernandez were very unprofessional, demanding, and rude during some of the encounters I have had with them over multiple phone calls. As a young individual attempting to create my first business, I feared that I would lose all of the money, time, and energy that I have put into this service company for helping me start up my own company. I now fear for my safety that they have all of my personal information such as my full name, house address, phone number, email, and other forms of information that could possibly jeopardize my life if I do not give them another payment. I even asked for a disclosure form that they had emailed me stating that I paid them in full and owed them nothing more which at that time was around $10,000 - $11,000. Once I received the disclosure letter, I then received a phone call from Keith Hernandez saying I needed to pay $2,750 for some type of Worldwide WIPO Letter regarding my LLC Registration that was from a third party company in Switzerland, I did not pay that amount and began to realize the scam when I saw the document sent from Switzerland. I have already contacted my Credit Card companies / banks and filed for a fraud claim. In total, I have lost an amount of $12,125.00.
