I got a call from this same phone number (206-814-6894), supposedly from Financial Recovery and Collection Services, saying I was in collections for lab tests done on 6-8-2022. She wanted my Visa number to pay the $450 charge, which I didn't give her. She couldn't/wouldn't tell me which doctor ordered the tests. When I pressed "Katie" about these charges, saying I not only had never received a bill but that I have a Plan G that covers all such expenses, she said the tests were "out of network." I said that on my plan, there is no network and all such charges are covered, and that I'd had no tests done on the day she said they were. She said she would review my account... Now that I see this other person's experience, it is sounding less and less legit! Watch these folks! Oh, and oddly, she called my wife's number not mine, and asked for me.

Said i owed $450. Lab payments for some blood tests. I haven't had any tests so I knew it must of been a scam.
