I am a law student and play video games during my breaks. After finishing my finals on Thursday, I decided to pursue looking into what is known as a "booster" for my video game. Boosting is a service provided by other who play the game to help those who are lower ranked advance. I found the following website--https://lolelobooster.com/product/duo-queue-boosting-2/-- which advertises for boosting services to the general population. Upon looking at their price ranged, a communication window opened up with an agent of the organization on the other end to provide assistance. I asked the agent how long it would take to receive the services for a duo boosting package and was promptly informed 3-4 hours wait time. Since this fit my schedule of time off I purchased the service for 128 and waited. After purchasing the service, I waited for a period of time and received no response from them. Finally, a 'booster' got in contact with me on the game and began the services, however, after only a few games suddenly left without explanation. For the next 8 hours I waited for his return and contacted the webpage help services. I was continually informed that they had another booster waiting but had to wait. This process has repeated itself for 28 hours now and they have continued to refuse to provide the service paid for. I requested a refund which was denied. I opened a case through PayPal which was further denied. After threatening a report with the FTC and FBI for fraud the agent told me to pursue it and nothing would happen. I believe the owner of this website is falsely advertising his services and scamming vulnerable gamers out of there money.
